Air Duct Cleaning

When we start our air duct cleaning we will first do a pre inspection and thoroughly vacuum the area. We then clean the area using a professional rotary brushing cleaning method in which we sanitize and disinfectant each vent, and replace the air filters. The cost is 25 dollars per vent plus the price of the air filter selected. We recommend that you also service the furnace for an additional $125.

Carpet Cleaning

All our carpet cleaning services include on time professional services by certified technicians. We use only certified non residue green cleaning agents and we pay special attention to details! We use blocks or tabs, and corner guards, that prevent staining and scratches to furniture from the hoses, and we wear shoe covers when making our final walk through. We guarantee no reappearing spots and stains for 30 days or we’ll come back and clean the area at no charge to you! With all our carpet cleaning services you pay for only the square footage of exposed carpet to be cleaned. This measurement along with a written estimate is determined prior to your service.

1. Silver Package:
Our silver package costs 20 cents per square foot and includes a pre inspection and furniture moving. We’ll condition, rinse, extract, neutralize, and groom the carpet.

2. Gold Package
Our gold package costs 35 cents per square foot and includes a pre inspection, furniture moving, pre vacuuming and pre conditioning. We’ll then rinse, extract, perform special spotting for removal of urine, coffee, paint, wine and etc. Next we’ll neutralize sanitize, deodorize, groom, speed dry the carpet where needed; usually in traffic areas.

3. Platinum Package
Our Platinum Package costs 50 cents per square foot and includes a pre inspection, vacuuming, pre conditioning, rotary scrubbing (that restores matted and highly soiled and stained areas), rinsing, water extraction, special spotting, sanitizing, deodorizing, neutralizing and a premium carpet protector that repels soil and stains. We then perform a final groom.

Tile, Grout, & Stone Cleaning

Note, services to be rendered with tile, grout, and stone cleaning greatly depends upon the condition of the flooring.

The basic cost of cleaning ceramic and porcelain is 80 cents per square foot. An additional 25 cents per square foot is charged for grout sealing with a premium sealer.

The basic cost of cleaning natural stone is $1.00 per square foot. An additional 50 cents per square foot is charged for a premium sealer, and 70 cents per square foot for polish.

Upholstery Cleaning

For our upholstery cleaning services we use IICRC standard upholstery cleaning procedures, truck mounted equipment, and green certified bio degradable cleaning agents.

We’ll start the upholstery cleaning service with a pre inspection of the fabric, pre- vacuuming, and pre-conditioning, followed by a gentle agitation, rinse, extraction and neutralization. Our final grooming includes a speed drying using air movers. Fabric protectors are also available. Call for a free estimate today!
